Our company performed services that ranged from simple mortgages to house flips to short sales, and ultimately we evolved into private lending in collaboration with investors worldwide. Due to the stringent institutional banking guidelines globally, many entrepreneurs have no possibility to obtain adequate funding for their mega projects via institutional banking.
